Background: This multicenter, prospective, observational study will assess the clinical performance of the SpinChip hs-cTnI POC test to aid in diagnosing AMI. Subjects with acute chest discomfort or AMI-like symptoms will be recruited from EDs, with a target of at least 1200 participants, balanced between males and females.
